Frequently asked questions

Most people calling us have never ordered water before and are not sure what to ask. Here is everything, straight. Still not sure? Call (865) 622-2022 and we'll walk you through it.

How bulk water delivery works in East Tennessee

Most people who call us have never bought water by the truckload before. The short version: we haul potable water sourced from wells and utility water departments, we sell it in 1,000 gallon increments starting at $400 per 1,000 gallons with discounts on large volume deliveries, and we pump it into whatever you have, a well casing, a cistern, a poly holding tank, a pool, a hot tub, a livestock trough or a construction tank on site.

We are based in Sevier County and run to roughly a 3 hour drive. There is no hard cutoff. How far we go depends on how many gallons you need and how many miles the site sits from the closest fill point, so the honest answer always comes from a phone call with the address in hand. We are open daily 9am - 9pm, and orders placed early in the day usually go out the same day.
