Job site water
Construction, dust control and process water
Who calls us for this
- General contractors and site crews with no service connection yet.
- Grading and paving crews running dust control.
- Manufacturing and processing operations needing scheduled bulk water.

How the delivery works
Recurring loads
Daily or weekly deliveries through the length of the project, billed to your account.
Tank rental pairs well
If the site needs storage between loads, we can drop a rental tank and keep it filled.
Volume pricing
Large volume deliveries qualify for a discount. Send the projected gallons and we will quote the run.
What we need from you
- Site address plus the gate hours and any check-in procedure.
- Gallons per delivery and how often you need it.
- A site contact we can reach when the driver arrives.
Water is $400 per 1,000 gallons, ordered in 1,000 gallon increments, with discounts on large volume deliveries. See full pricing.
Where we haul it
Job sites need water long before the meter is set. We supply crews across Sevier County and out to Knox County: the ongoing build-out along Highway 66 in Sevierville, grading and warehouse work around Strawberry Plains and the I-40 interchange, site work on the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg corridors, and commercial builds west along Kingston Pike in Farragut and Hardin Valley. We will run out to roughly a three hour drive from Sevier County.

Common questions
- How much water can you deliver to a job site?
- We deliver in 1,000 gallon increments and run repeat loads through the day when a site needs volume. Send the projected gallons and we will plan the run.
- Do you offer volume pricing for contractors?
- Yes. Standard pricing is $400 per 1,000 gallons and large volume deliveries qualify for a discount. Recurring project work is billed to your account.
- Can you leave a tank on site?
- Yes. We rent storage tanks, set them where you need them, and keep them filled for the length of the project.
- Is the water potable?
- Yes. All water is potable, sourced from wells and utility water departments, which suits dust control, compaction, concrete and process use.

Three steps to a full tank
- 1
Tell us where and how much
Submit the order form or call. We need the address, what we're filling, any gate or door codes and the gallons you want.
- 2
We set up your account
A payment method goes on file once. Every delivery after that takes one phone call or email.
- 3
Water shows up
Our driver hauls the load, fills the tank, well, pool or hot tub, and confirms the delivery.
Then it is over. The tank is full, the showers run, the pool is ready and you go back to your day without thinking about water again.
